Arctic Spas Warranty

Spa Shell - Lifetime

Arctic Spas warrant the spa shell to the customer against water loss due to structural failure for as long as the purchaser shall own the spa.

Equipment and Plumbing - 5 years (10 years for LSE's)

Arctic Spas warrant the spa's electrical equipment components - specifically the pump(s), factory installed ozone system, factory installed therapy air system, heater (including the Tru Guard Heater) and control system against malfunctions due to defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and on site labour necessary to repair.

Other Components - 5 years (10 years on LSE's)

Arctic Spas warrant the fuses, Lights(blue LED, northern lights and deluxe northern lights), pillows, filter covers, jet inserts, o rings, filter baskets and weir assemblies, diverter handles and caps, air control handles and caps, floating remote controls, plastic cover clips, chrome trim and all other unmentioned components to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser form the original date of delivery. Includes only parts necessary to repair. Jet inserts (including stainless steel) are not warranted against discoloration or fading.

Shell Surface - 5 years (10 years for LSE's)

Arctic Spas warrant the interior surface to the customer against water loss due to material failure including cracks, blisters, peeling and delaminating for a peiod of 5 years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes only parts necessary to repair.

EON Cabinets - 5 years

Arctic Spas warrant EON cabinet to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes only parts necessary to repair.

Cover - 3 years

Arctic Spas warrant the Castcore cover against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for three years to the original owner from the date of delivery. Includes parts and on site labour necessary to repair. (Normal wear and tear not included in this warranty)

Stereo - 1 year

Arctic Spas warrant the factory installed Aquatremor sound system against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year to the original owner from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and on site labour necessary to repair. IPOD and waterproof case are manufacturer direct warranties.

Forever Floor - 5 years (10 years for LSE's)

Arctic Spas warrant the Forever Floor against rotting and structural cracking for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and on site labour necessary to repair.

Coyote Spas Warranty

Spa Shell - 7 years

Coyote Spas warrant the spa shell to the customer against water loss due to structural failure for a period of 7 years.

Equipment and Plumbing - 3 years parts and 1 year labour

Coyote Spas warrant the spa's electrical equipment components - specifically the pump(s), factory installed ozone system, factory installed therapy air system, heater (including Tru Guard Heater) and control system against malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes parts necessary to repair. Labour is included for a period of one year.

Other Compnents - 3 years

Coyote Spas warrant the fuses, lights (blue LED, peyote lights), pillows, filter covers, jet inserts, o-rings, topside control overlays, cabinet material, filter baskets and weir assemblies, diverter handles and caps, air control handles and caps, plastic cover clips, chrome trim and all other unmentioned components to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes only parts necessary to repair.

Shell Surface - 3 years

Coyote Spas warrant the interior surface to the customer against water loss due to material failure including, cracks, blisters, peeling and delaminating for a period of three years to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and labour necessary to repair.

Cover - 3 years

Coyote Spas warrant the Castcore cover against malfunctions due to malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for three years to the original owner from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and labour necessary to repair.

Stereo - 1 year

Coyote Spas warrant the factory installed sound system against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year to the original owner from the original date of delivery. Includes parts and labour necessary to repair.
